Jenee Oliver is dedicated to Criminal Law. Her Criminal Practice is extensive and covers all matters from summary offenses, DUI’s, simple drug possession, complex federal offenses, as well as parole and probation violations. She has handled hundreds of cases and understands that when a person is facing criminal charges, the consequences can potentially have a lasting effect on numerous aspects of their life. She is dedicated to providing substantive, strong representation to her clients. Jenee’ is a lifelong Pittsburgh resident. She graduated magna cum laude from Point Park University, and is a member of Alpha Chi National Honor Society. While studying Law at Duquesne University School of Law, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Maureen Lally-Green in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office. Jenee’ is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. She actively participates with many Pro Bono and Public Service programs throughout Western Pennsylvania. Jenee is passionate about helping people to put the past behind them so as to be able to live fulfilling and verdant lives and enjoys helping with the expungement and pardon processes.
